Can’t Blog… Rain Check

 My group has still not yet been able to get together to film our commercial. We all have had a lot come up the past few days forcing us to push back our filming date. First of all, I have been swamped with school, work, and soccer which has been why I have not been able to meet. Now that I am playing both travel and school soccer at the same time I have a lot less time for things. A few others in my group also work and our schedules have been complete opposites making it very hard. As I spend all my free time working it’s hard to find time to do other things. We also had off of school on Wednesday for a holiday. My group was planning to film on this day despite the holiday. However, all of the group members had either work or homework to catch up on. Hurricane Ian was also a slight interruption in our filming process. We had a few days off of school due to the bad weather caused by the storm. Some of us lost power and weren’t allowed outside of our house because of the strong winds. We also wanted to film our commercial at the beach which was not possible during these few days. Our new filming date was pushed to this Sunday over the weekend. On this day all group member were able to dedicate the night to film. None of us had an extracurricular nor work planned. Hopefully nothing will come up and we will all be able to meet up at our initial filming spot.  Our plan is to film the commercial in the evening at the beach if weather does not result in a switch of settings. The reason for the late night filming and the setting is to create a romantic vibe. Our commercial is romance based and the setting plays a large part in this. All of us members have certain props we are going to bring for the commercial and we will all meet a little earlier to set up. If everything goes smoothly and we film on Sunday we will have plenty of time left for editing the final product. Peace out!
